At Nadine Ghosn, we strive for complete satisfaction with your fine jewelry purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all signature packaging and certificates.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure the Shipment

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original documentation and the RA form are included.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
